We are currently seeking a Performance Marketing Associate – someone who is motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in the field of performance marketing. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with data, keen to learn new tools and strategies, and able to communicate clearly with teammates. You’re someone who has a sense of curiosity, a proactive mindset, and a passion for delivering results, which will set you up for success here.

This role is based in our NYC Headquarters 5 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of paid marketing campaigns (across platforms like Meta, Google, Pinterest, etc.)
  • Monitor campaign performance and report on key metrics like CTR, CPA, ROAS, and LTV
  • Conduct competitive research and identify new growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives
  • Help with A/B testing and performance experiments
  • Support budget tracking and pacing across channels
  • Stay up to date on platform best practices and trends in digital marketing

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Economics, Data Analytics or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills and a love for data
  • Basic understanding of digital advertising channels (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.—a plus, but not required)
  • Comfortable working in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.)
  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and roll up your sleeves
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Salary (for New York only): Up to $75,000 annually based on experience and qualifications. 

This reflects the base salary for this position. Compensation may vary based on factors such as skills, experience, certifications, and business needs. In addition to base pay, KREWE offers annual bonuses, a comprehensive benefits package, paid time off, and employee discounts.
