As the business grows, we are seeking smart, creative, and experienced VP of Digital, based at KREWE’s NYC-HQ, to join our talented team! This key player will own our digital customer journey, manage all parts of the funnel, and grow the e-commerce revenue channel. You will lead a growing team including site development, email/SMS marketing, and paid media teams, collaborating closely with the Marketing and Brand team members to deliver a cohesive customer experience across all digital touch points.
This role is based in our New York Headquarters 5 days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the Ecommerce team, aligning individual goals and objectives with the company’s strategic priorities
- Plan, execute, and manage sales performance via all digital channels. Collaborate to set revenue and profitability goals, and manage company resources towards goal achievement.
- Define the communication strategy for each part of the funnel and for key customer segments. Manage all stages of the funnel to improve conversion rate.
- Coordinate promotional, retention, social, e-merchandising, and influencer marketing teams towards the preparation and execution of e-commerce selling campaigns.
- Set and achieve desired objectives for e-commerce KPIs with a priority on growing the channel and brand awareness within the market.
- Direct the performance marketing function with a focus on customer acquisition through the following channels: Meta, Google, Snapchat, TikTok, and other paid media opportunities as presented.
- Establish marketing attribution infrastructure.
- Oversee the analysis and planning of key KPIs on an ongoing basis to drive optimizations and ensure campaigns are maximizing performance and hitting goals.
- Support the VP of Marketing and their team with efforts to build brand value and presence in a measurable way.
- Collaborate with our in-person and wholesale channels to deliver store traffic and awareness in new markets.
- Consistently review channel performance, reporting on and highlighting insights, trends, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Be the KREWE subject matter expert for all things e-commerce, direct to consumer, and website to inform and drive the development and execution of digital and brand marketing strategies.
- Emulate a culture of innovation, sharing ideas and identifying/vetting new growth channel opportunities.
Requirements
- 10+ years of direct-to-consumer e-commerce experience
- 5+ years of team leadership experience
- Strong leadership skills and proven ability to mobilize teams and projects
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- In-depth knowledge of eCommerce platforms including Shopify Plus, Google Analytics, and digital marketing tools
- Deep understanding of SEO, SEM, and attribution models
- Comfortable working in Google Suite and Slack
- Tuned-in omni-channel thinker
- Self-sufficiency at organizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiar with all best practices with a strong interest in emerging tech
- Experience with multi-country e-commerce sales
- Understanding of current trends in the fashion advertising world

Base Salary: Up to $205,000 annually based on experience and qualifications.
This reflects the base salary for this position. Compensation may vary based on factors such as skills, experience, certifications, and business needs. In addition to base pay, KREWE offers annual bonuses, a comprehensive benefits package, paid time off, and employee discounts.
