 As our business grows, we are  seeking a CRM Associate who will be responsible for developing Email & SMS campaigns that drive acquisition, retention, personalization, loyalty, and long-term relationships with eCommerce, Retail & Special Events KREWE customers. Reporting to the Senior Manager, E-commerce this person will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our global CRM, ensuring effective communication to all D2C KREWE customers and subscribers.

This role is based in our New York Headquarters 5 days a week.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Own Email & SMS/MMS campaign calendar planning & workflow for eComm, retail & special events.
  • Curate campaign context, content and call-to-actions by putting together briefs for the creative & copy teams to design into. Review these Email & SMS designs and provide teams with feedback based on best practices, engagement data and testing responses.
  • Responsible for compiling, scheduling & sending all campaigns, flows & transactional emails directly in Klaviyo and Attentive programs.
  • Administration over the KREWE CRM Systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer database information that follows best practices for data entry, data quality, and data privacy.
  • Collaborate with performance marketing teams including eCommerce, Paid Media, Retail, & Events to develop CRM strategies that align with business goals per channel.
  • Monitor campaign, flow and transactional Email/SMS performance and use data-driven insights to optimize future campaigns.
  • Innovate, design, test and execute subscriber growth campaigns across all digital touch points (paid and unpaid) in order to drive a healthy acquisition strategy
  • Ideate loyalty and retention touch-points and/or programs to enhance customer LTV for an omni-channel experience
  • Create regular reports (weekly, monthly, annually) and dashboards to track KPIs related to engagement and conversion of all email & sms campaigns.

Requirements:

  • 3 years proven experience in CRM management, marketing automation, Email/SMS or a related role within a D2C omni-channel vertical.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field
  • Candidate must have a proven track record in digital project management and ability to engage and manage needs from senior stakeholders
  • Strong organization and presentation skills for briefing creative teams with a particular aptitude for synthesizing complex material so that it is clear, meaningful and actionable to a variety of stakeholders
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (ideally Klaviyo) and other performance marketing automation tools.
  • Solid understanding and experience in personalization (CRM) and segmentation marketing
  • Aptitude to thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
  • Excellent analytical skills with strong data-mining and in-depth database segmentation experience preferred
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations (ie GDPR, CAN-SPAM Act etc) and their implications for CRM activities

Salary:
Up to $65,000 annually based on experience and qualifications.This reflects the base salary for this position. Compensation may vary based on factors such as skills, experience, certifications, and business needs. In addition to base pay, KREWE offers annual bonuses, a comprehensive benefits package, paid time off, and employee discounts.
